The Leadership Coaching Group

Dec 3, 2018

A female US Army platoon leader in an all-male unit might be expected to have some leadership challenges. But imagine being one of the very fist women deployed in a combat role overseas being placed in charge of the same group? This was reality for today’s guest, Callie Cummings. Callie achieved a Master’s in Global Leadership before enlisting in the Army. She’s had the opportunity to compare theoretical and practical leadership in high stakes situations and today she is going to share what she has learned with you.

What We Cover:

  • The difference Callie learned between leadership theory and leadership practice
  • How office politics impact leadership
