The Leadership Coaching Group

Sep 19, 2018

Many newly appointed leaders deal with something called, “The Imposter Syndrome.” This is a feeling of doubt about who you are and what you’ve done which makes you fear that you may be considered a fraud.

Being genuine is almost the opposite of “The Imposter Syndrome.” It allows you to feel security in who you are and to have pride in what you’ve done. Unfortunately, it is easier to talk about than it is to accomplish.

In today’s episode we talk about the common reasons people are not genuine and how to take steps to start living life as your most real self.
