The Leadership Coaching Group

Oct 24, 2018

In these minisodes, we often ask you to be creative, courageous, or compassionate.

To practice what I preach, I am trying to creatively and courageously help you learn a little bit more about how you can improve your business practices by sharing some of the feedback I ha about mine!

Two weeks ago, I interviewed Jarrod Haning and he shared some unbelievable tips to maximize productivity. I implemented some of what he said…and it worked. Therefore, I thought we should have another conversation. When we did, he let me take an assessment that he gives to all of his clients. It is based on Nobel nominated research with the intent of helping find business blind spots in individuals.

In a feat of courage, I am sharing the praises and the criticisms of my processes with you on this episode. There’s plenty of general tips that anyone can benefit from. As new leaders, this is also an opportunity to hear someone give feedback and her another person receive it. Let me know what you think!

What we cover:

  • How stubbornness cannot beat a bad strategy
  • The dangers of being too people focused and the dangers of being too task focused
  • How to maximize your time to be more productive and more valuable
