The Leadership Coaching Group

Jan 7, 2019

Everyone wants to be happier. And we work and strive to try to grab onto this idea of happiness that seems to be just outside of our grasp. But does it have to be that way? Today’s guest, Ellen Leanse, has a lot to say about the topic. She has worked in high-tech for over 30 years, including working directly with Steve Jobs as an Apple employee. Since then she has become an instructor at Stanford University and the author of, “The Happiness Hack.” Listen in to learn more about happiness, and what a leader’s role in happiness, really is.

What We Cover:

  • Ellen’s direct work with Steve Jobs while she worked at early Apple in Silicon Valley
  • How to better define happiness
  • What’s wrong with the way happiness is often described
