The Leadership Coaching Group

Aug 21, 2017

This week, The Leadership Coaching Group delves into the issue of delegating.  We will explore how organizations and individual leaders must work hand-in-hand to foster effective delegation skills.

Here are some thinking points from today’s episode:

  • Up to half of organizations worry that their management team does not have established delegation skills
  • Organizational cultures must be set up to encourage managers to delegate
  • Leaders often do not delegate because:
    • They do not trust themselves as managers
    • They do not trust their people to perform
