Let’s face it – creativity is linked to innovation. Business requires innovation to stay competitive in today’s marketplace. We all get that. But we might not all know how to manage a creative or a team of creatives. As a solution, we figured we should just go straight to the source, and ask a very right-brained person how they cultivate their creativity and how they do best in a work setting. Gregory Baldridge is a musician, cartoonist, and holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education. He is one of Liz’s lifelong friends and they really peel back the definition of creativity.
