The Leadership Coaching Group

Aug 7, 2017

This week, The Leadership Coaching Group is getting real about the problems leaders cause when they are disorganized.

Here are some thinking points from today’s episode:

  • We lose up to 9 hours in productivity per week due to disorganization
  • Your staff shouldn’t have to manage your scattered tendencies. Putting them in a position like this is neglecting part of your own leadership responsibilities.
  • Extreme disorganization can be linked to issues such as depression. If you or someone you know seems to have a major problem in this area, it could make sense to get help from a professional.
