Do you know how to be a good mentor? Diane Paddison does! She holds and MBA from Harvard University and is a former global executive of two Fortune 500 companies and one Fortune 1000 company. However, her life’s passion is mentoring professional women.
Diane started 4Word, a global not-for-profit organization for Christian women in the workplace, led by women. They have 120,000 professional women involved in their digital community and have a physical presence in over 20 major US cities. Diane talks about how to be a good mentor, how to be a good mentee, and discusses what organizations can do to set up the best mentorship program they can for their staff.
